• We dispatch all in-Stock orders within 48 hours. For all other orders, processing and dispatch take between 5 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.
• Each rug is handled with care, quality-checked, and securely packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Domestic (India) Shipping
• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1 to a maximum of 8 business days, depending on your location.
• You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.
International Shipping
• We proudly ship worldwide, with delivery to most countries taking 6 to 10 business days after dispatch.
• For international orders, delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on customs clearance and local logistics.
Shipping Partners
• We work with leading logistics partners such as Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart, and DHL to ensure timely and safe delivery.
• For international orders, we rely on FedEx known for their global reliability.
Shipping Charges
• We offer free shipping across India on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
• For International Orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.
• All charges will be clearly displayed before payments, with no hidden fees.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive:

• Made-to-order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
