Eleven Carpets, we take pride in our craftsmanship and quality of the rugs. To ensure your confidence and satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive warranty on all our products based on the type of weave and construction.Warranty Coverage by Product Type
Hand-Tufted & Handloom Rugs
• Covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Dhurries, Flat Weave & Handwoven Rugs
• Covered for 18 months from the date of purchase.
• Includes issues such as thread unraveling, color fading (under normal conditions), and weave integrity.
Hand-Knotted, Tibetan, Persian & Patchwork Rugs
• Covered for 30 months from the date of purchase.
• Covers knot integrity, wool breakage, and general construction defects.
Exclusions from Warranty
At Eleven Carpets, we maintain the highest standards of quality. However, the following conditions are considered normal characteristics of handmade rugs and are not covered under our warranty:
• Shedding: Light shedding is a natural trait of wool and hand-tufted rugs. Regular vacuuming on low power helps minimize it over time.
• Sprouting or Tuft Pulls: Occasional tufts coming loose or pulled yarns are common in handwoven rugs and not considered defects.
• Color and Texture Variations: Natural fibers and dyes may show slight changes in color or texture due to sunlight, humidity, temperature, or air exposure.
• Rolling Marks: Temporary creases or lines from being rolled are normal and usually fade with routine vacuuming.
• Matting and Crushing: Foot traffic or furniture pressure may cause flattening over time, which can be minimized with proper care and rotation.
• Odor: New rugs may carry a slight scent from natural materials, which typically fades when the rug is aired out or placed (back side up) in indirect sunlight for 24 hours.
How to Claim Your Warranty?
• Email us at support@elevencarpets.com with a brief description of the issue, and at least 2-3 photos of the affected area.
• Our quality team will assess the claim and get back to you within 2 business days if it falls under our warranty coverage.
• Ensure you have the original proof of purchase, as warranties are non-transferable.
• If approved, we will offer a free repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the nature of the issue and stock availability.
Additional Warranty Information
• Warranty Period: If we replace your rug under warranty, the original warranty period still applies. It starts from the date you first purchased the rug.
• Who It Covers: Our warranty is made just for you-the original buyer, and can’t be transferred to someone else.
